Le Pen warned against provoking Russia with the phrase about the Russian bear

"Russian bear" French presidential candidate from the right-wing National Unification party Marine Le Pen warned on September 24 against provoking Russia, using the famous phrase of politician Charles Talleyrand about the Russian bear.

"Sometimes there is a feeling that those who say that we are already at war [with Russia] would like us to fight <...> Talleyrand said: ""I know a thousand ways to get a Russian bear out of its den, but not one to get it to come back," she said in an interview with Politico newspaper.
