Functional training grounds are being set up in different districts of Moscow

In Moscow, modern workout areas for independent outdoor training are being set up in courtyards. In addition to traditional horizontal bars and bars, handlebars, Swedish walls, multi-level complexes and equipment for functional training are installed there. This was announced on Wednesday, September 23, by the press service of the metropolitan complex of urban economy.

One of the largest sports clusters appeared in Ozerkovsky Lane in Zamoskvorechye. Several workout complexes, a two-section handlebar with lifting and horizontal bars, a cascade of crossbars, uneven bars, a multi-level bench and a separate sports and gaming module were installed there.

New playgrounds were also equipped in Krasnoselsky Lane 5, Kazarmenny Lane in Basmanny district, Goncharnaya Street in Tagansky district and 3rd Frunzenskaya Street in Khamovniki. In Lefortovo, a workout zone appeared on Krasnokazarmennaya Street, where exercise equipment was installed and a safe surface was laid, the "Moscow" city news agency reports.

The press service stressed that the playgrounds are accessible to everyone and are suitable for different types of training. Modern equipment allows you to choose your own load and combine strength exercises, gymnastics and functional training, writes "Moscow 24".
