FGC Group commented on reports of Denis Gorin's death

FGC Group, in response to media reports about the death of Denis Gorin, who headed "Asset Management Solutions" LLC, confirmed that the specified structure managed the investment fund, which in 2024 transferred assets owned by Vladimir Voronin.

"At the beginning of 2026, the group changed its management company, while maintaining friendly relations with Denis Gorin," the company said. "Denis will always remain in our memory as a reliable friend and a brilliant professional."

FGC Group announced that it was continuing its activities, noting that Voronin had resigned from ownership, and shares in the company belonged to a group of Russian investors, whose names were not disclosed.
