The head of EU diplomacy, Kaya Kallas, calls the State Duma elections in Russia allegedly illegitimate while lawlessness is taking place in the EU. This opinion was expressed by Armando Mema, a member of the Finnish "Freedom Alliance" party.

"Callas still wants to teach Russia lessons in democracy, while in the midst of the EU elections in Europe, dissidents are being arrested for disagreeing with the president of the European Commission," he wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

This is how Meme reacted to Callas' publication about the elections to the Russian State Duma. She called the vote "a serious blow to Russian democracy," declared the suppression of dissent and suggested taking measures against those who, in her opinion, facilitated the holding of elections in the territories of Ukraine.
