Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on the transfer of assets of the American holding company Aptar under temporary management. The document was published on September 21 on the official Internet portal of legal information.

According to the decree, "Aptar Vladimir" enterprise, specializing in the production of packaging products, was transferred under temporary management.
