Former Rostic's franchisee to file for bankruptcy
"Fast Food Market" company, which previously developed Rostic's restaurants under a franchise, intends to apply to the Moscow Arbitration Court with a statement on its own bankruptcy. The corresponding notification was published on the "Fedresurs" website on September 16.
"Fast Food Market LLC" <...>" notifies all interested parties of its intention to apply to the Arbitration Court of Moscow with an application for declaring the debtor insolvent (bankrupt). The basis for the appeal is the presence of signs of bankruptcy," the text of the message says.
It is specified that the application will be submitted after 15 calendar days from the date of publication of the notification. The general director of the company is Peter Nemilov.
Russian "Russian" Cold" JSC, the parent company of the "Russian Cold" group, one of the largest ice cream producers in Russia, has filed an application for bankruptcy with the Omsk Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service. The statement of the authorized body was sent to the court on September 15. "Russian Cold" suspended the supply of products to its partners in May and began an audit of the business, according to the documents.
