A PEC member and another person were killed in a targeted attack by a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a civilian bus in the Kherson region. This was announced on September 20 by the chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Russia, Ella Pamfilova.
