Attempts to disrupt the operation of the remote electronic voting (DEG) system have intensified and become more serious than before. This was announced on September 18 by Olga Kirillova, Chairman of the Moscow City Election Commission (MGIK).

"The army of IT specialists is repelling attacks [on the electronic voting system]. They are on round-the-clock duty, there are attacks. The attacks are more serious than they were before," TASS quoted her as saying.
