The Polish military received an order to shoot down all foreign objects flying into the country's airspace. This was announced on September 14 by Deputy Minister of National Defense of Poland Cesary Tomczyk.
"The operational commander gave an order stating that if something flies into Polish airspace, it must be shot down," he said.
