Yekaterinburg became the center of international youth cooperation for several days.: 10,000 participants from almost 200 countries came here to exchange experiences, find like-minded people and lay the foundation for future large-scale projects. The delegations brought their cultures, traditions and ideas with them.

"I'm very happy because everything is very, very cool here. People are very kind. I have already made new friends," said Nama, a participant in the International Youth Festival from Indonesia.

The organizers have prepared more than 600 events and excursions. During the day, participants hold discussions on science, technology, business and international cooperation, and in their free time they get acquainted with national cuisine, learn folk crafts, play sports and take part in creative workshops.

Music occupies a special place, which is another way to talk about your country and find a common language. This atmosphere was set by the large-scale opening of the festival: a K-pop band, a South African singer, and popular Russian artists performed on the same stage. And the main surprise for many was Natalia Oreiro, who performed her legendary hit.

The International Youth Festival started in Yekaterinburg on September 11. The city welcomes young scientists, bloggers, volunteers and activists from all over the world. The event brought together thousands of schoolchildren and students from almost 200 countries, including India, China, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina. The participants of the forum, in accordance with their interests — IT, creative industries, media and sports — will receive master classes, creative sessions and meetings with young leaders.
