Fire and rescue units completely extinguished the fire in the school building No. 65 in Tyumen. This was announced on September 10 by the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Tyumen region.

"The fire has been extinguished," the ministry said in a statement on the Maks messenger.

The Governor of the Tyumen Region, Alexander Moore, announced the decision to allocate the necessary funds from the region's reserve fund. These resources will be used to carry out prompt repairs to the damaged school building in order to return children to their usual learning format as soon as possible.

Due to the incident, the educational process at the educational institution was promptly adjusted. On Thursday, September 10, students of the first building of school No. 65 were transferred to a distance learning format.

Starting on Friday, September 11, elementary school students will begin full-time classes in the third building of the school. Students in grades 5-11 will continue their distance learning until September 14.

The roof of the school caught fire on the morning of September 10. The fire area was 3.6 thousand square meters. m. There were no casualties, there were no people in the building at the time of the incident. 50 people and 10 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.
