The cadastral value of land in the Far East has increased by 30%

The total cadastral value of land plots in the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District (Far Eastern Federal District) increased by almost 30%. Lyudmila Lilina, Deputy Head of Rosreestr, cited such dynamics on September 2 at the session "Increasing the country's Capitalization: Heading for the Far East" at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF).

The representative of the department clarified that this year all the Far Eastern regions have prepared draft reports using the National Spatial Data System (NSPD). Sakhalin Oblast and Primorsky Krai were the first among the subjects of the district to post their reports in the state cadastral assessment data fund.

"The Far East is a territory of advanced development, where the speed of project launch directly affects the quality of life and the economy," Lilina explained.

As the deputy head of Rosreestr noted, the implemented digital tools — the NSPD and the Visualization is Simple service — already allow cadastral engineers to carry out preventive verification of XML documents before they are sent to the registration authority. This eliminates refunds and reduces the approval time.

"The introduction of these preliminary control mechanisms, according to our estimates, makes it possible to shorten the investment and construction cycle by 87 days," Lilina summed up.

Money magnet: new investments will be attracted to the Far East

The region needs financial injections and fresh personnel.

The press service of Deputy Prime Minister and Presidential Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev told Izvestia on May 17 that more than 10,000 new land allocation agreements are planned to be concluded in the Far East and the Arctic zone this year. In addition, it is planned to issue at least 500 mortgages for the construction of houses. It was clarified that interest in the Far Eastern Hectare program is not waning.
