Kostin called remote work a "strem" at the WEF

Andrey Kostin, the head of VTB Bank, said that he does not accept the format of remote work, as well as ignoring messages from work chats after 18:00. He stated this on September 2 during the session "Betting on Youth: what can business and government learn from the Zoomers?" at the Eastern Economic Forum (WEF).

At the same time, Kostin stressed that remote work and ignoring messages are normal for the younger generation.

"[The removal] is "normal" for them, "strem" for me. [Ignore messages after 18:00] "normal" for them, "fast" for me. I'm struggling with this too. When I receive some information from an employee at midnight, I am not always happy, sometimes I speak out quite sharply if the information does not deserve that attention.
