Ambassador Gonchar announced that NATO would provide its territories for Kiev's attacks

A number of NATO countries provide their territories, as well as sea and airspace for the preparation and conduct of terrorist attacks by Kiev on Russia. This was announced on August 31 by Russian Ambassador to Belgium Denis Gonchar.

"A number of NATO members no longer even shy away from providing their territory, sea and airspace for Kiev's terrorist attacks on civilian infrastructure and the Russian population," Gonchar said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

The Ambassador stressed that such actions by Western countries naturally raise the question of the need for retaliatory countermeasures from Moscow. Denis Gonchar added that Russia's retaliatory steps may also be of a preventive nature.
