The region with the highest salary of miners is named

Kemerovo Region has become the leader in terms of salary offers for miners in Russia. On average, specialists in the coal industry in the region can expect an income of about 180 thousand rubles per month, Roman Gubanov, Director of Development at Avito Rabota, said on August 30.

"The average earnings of miners are influenced by a number of factors: the qualifications and experience of a specialist, a specific specialty, a region, and the complexity of the tasks performed. At the same time, one of the most significant factors remains the employment format," Gubanov said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

The second place in terms of payments was taken by the Sverdlovsk region, where employers offer miners an average of 120 thousand rubles per month. At the same time, the national figure for the industry is about 73 thousand rubles, and the salary range varies from 61 thousand to 150 thousand rubles.

According to the expert, the income level of miners is influenced not only by their qualifications and region of work, but also by working conditions. The largest concentration of vacancies for miners is observed in the Kemerovo, Sverdlovsk, Moscow and Chelyabinsk regions, as well as in Bashkiria.

A study dated August 17 revealed that more than half of employees receive salaries above the national average in five Russian regions. The leaders in this indicator are the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District), the Magadan Region and Chukotka.
