Lukoil's services have disappeared from the App Store

The mobile applications of AZS Lukoil and Lukoil for Business have become temporarily unavailable for download in the App Store. This was announced on Saturday, August 29, by the company's press service.

"The Lukoil Gas Station and Lukoil for Business applications are temporarily unavailable in the App Store," the Telegram channel said.

The organization stressed that the programs already installed on the iPhone continue to work as usual. Users were advised not to delete them from their devices. To avoid the automatic deletion of the service, owners of Apple smartphones are advised to disable the function of unloading unused applications in the App Store settings.

For loyalty program participants who cannot use the app or log in from a new device, access to the main functions is saved through the company's official website. After logging in to the personal account, users can access the QR code of the card, check the balance of points and transaction history. If necessary, you can restore the password by phone number.

Lukoil added that specialists are currently working to restore access to all functions of mobile services and the privileges of the loyalty program.
