A local resident told the details of the search for the murdered teenager from the Moscow region

Miroslava Arkhipushkina, a local resident, told about the search for Maxim, a teenager from the Moscow region, whose body was found in the basement of an abandoned dormitory. The place where the boy was found was shown on August 29 by Izvestia correspondent Alexander Menyailov.

According to Arkhipushkina, the search for the teenager took place in garages, on the platform, in fields and forests. Later, the volunteers split into groups, one of which went to an abandoned building, where they found the body.

"I received a call from a woman that a body had been found. On the way, I immediately called the police and said that it might be Maxim. I came here, found our guys. <...> We all went in together again and saw that yes, it was Maxim," said Arkhipushkina.

The woman shared that the teenager's parents were not allowed to the place of discovery so that they would not see their son's body after the incident. She also said that she knew one of the girls suspected of murder. According to her, she studied dancing and singing at the local House of Culture.

"She was very humble. Never in my life would I have thought that a man would be capable of such a brutal crime. And her family seems to be well—off, she also knows her mother personally," said a local resident.

The incident occurred in Kabanovo, Orekhovo-Zuyevsky city district. On August 26, the sixth—grader did not return home - he was put on the wanted list. The next day, the boy's body with signs of violent death was found in the basement of an abandoned building on the territory of a former vocational school.

Two girls, aged 15 and 16, were detained on suspicion of murder. According to preliminary data, they had planned the crime in advance. Under the pretext of meeting and drinking alcohol together, the schoolgirls lured a boy friend to the territory of an abandoned building. The Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow region has opened a criminal case under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Murder").

On August 28, the mother of the deceased teenager, Angela Titova, told Izvestia about the last hours of her son's life and his disappearance. According to her, Maxim was a calm and kind child who earned money on his own and saved up for a computer.
