In Perm, a man touched a 12-year-old girl at a children's movie session

In Perm, a 43-year-old man was suspected of indecent acts against a 12-year-old girl during a children's session in a cinema. A criminal case has been opened into the incident. This was announced on August 15 by the lawyer of the family of the injured girl, Nikolai Kizik.

"The girl was literally numb with fear, she was afraid to attract attention and call for help from her grandmother, who was sitting a few chairs away from her, as her brothers and sisters were sitting next to her," the lawyer said in an interview with 59.RU .

The girl told her parents about the incident only after returning home. The suspect was detained, but he pleaded not guilty. He was given a preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave. The investigation is now establishing the circumstances of the incident.

The girl has already testified in the presence of a psychologist. She will also receive the necessary psychological help. The man will be additionally checked for involvement in other similar incidents. The criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Article 135 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Indecent acts against a minor").

Izvestia's sources reported on July 28 that teachers in the Vladimir region were suspected of corrupting teenagers. According to the interlocutors, the teacher often involved students in grades 5-7 in classes, including as part of school projects. Due to the length of classes, children could stay at school after lessons until late at night, when there were no administration representatives in the building.
