In Libya, they told about the training of AFU fighters from Africa to fight Russia
Ukrainian instructors are training people from African countries for further use against Russia. This was announced on August 14 by a security source in eastern Libya.
"There are training centers in Tajoura, as well as in the area of the airport road in the capital Tripoli. In addition, there is the At-Tikbali training center," the source told RIA Novosti.
It is noted that specialists from Ukraine work at these facilities, who develop training programs for mercenaries and transfer experience in the use of attack drones. The source noted that the trained militants could be used both to act against Russian interests in Africa and to participate in military operations in Ukraine.
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Georgy Borisenko said on July 17 that the Ukrainian military is in several African states and is trying to form a "second front" against Russia there. Borisenko noted that the presence of Ukrainian mercenaries was also recorded in other countries. He cited the example of Sudan, where, according to him, last year they took part in hostilities on the side of the rebel "Rapid Reaction Forces" during the capture of El Fasher, which allegedly led to the death of a large number of civilians.
Dmitry Novikov, first deputy chairman of the State Duma's International Affairs Committee, said on July 17 that Russia had to deal with the Ukrainian military, special services and their special missions in the African theater of military and political operations. The deputy noted that Russia is interested in stabilizing the situation both in Libya and in other countries through peacekeeping efforts.
