In Sevastopol, a child suffered a spinal injury on a playground

The Prosecutor's office of the Gagarin district of Sevastopol organized an inspection after reports on social networks about a child being injured on a playground. This was announced on August 11 by the supervisory authority of the city.

According to preliminary information, a nine-year-old boy was admitted to the hospital with a spinal injury. It was reported that a child fell from a slide in a children's play area on Molodoy Stroiteley Street.

During the inspection, the prosecutor's office will assess the compliance of the technical condition of the playground with the established requirements and the completeness of the fulfillment of duties for its maintenance by responsible persons. Following the results of the inspection, measures of the prosecutor's response will be taken.
