Search for a 12-year-old child missing from Oka has begun in Serpukhov.
A search is underway in Serpukhov, Moscow region, for a 12-year-old child who disappeared near the Oka River. This was reported on August 10 by the operational services.
"A 12-year-old child has disappeared in the Oka region of Serpukhov. According to preliminary data, he drowned," TASS cites a message from the operational services.
It is specified that divers are involved in the search operation. Experts are examining the river area and the surrounding area.
On July 15, the Prosecutor's Office of Dagestan reported that a teenager had drowned while swimming in the Caspian Sea. It was clarified that during the inspection, the prosecutor's office would establish all the circumstances of the incident, as well as assess whether the requirements of legislation on the protection of minors' rights and safety at water facilities had been met.
