The developers of a £430 million energy project had to change the route of an underwater cable between the UK and Ireland because of the "grave" of Dobby the elf from Harry Potter on a beach in Wales. This was reported on August 9 by The Telegraph newspaper.

It's about Freshwater West Beach in Pembrokeshire, where Dobby's death scene was filmed. Fans of the work have set up an unofficial memorial there, leaving painted stones, inscriptions and socks.

The Greenlink developers planned to bring the cable to this beach, but after the former project director told about the plans, hundreds of fans started calling the company. After their complaints, the cable route was changed.

Dobby first appeared in the book "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" and died in the finale, saving the main character.

On March 26, HBO presented the first teaser trailer for the series based on J. K. Rowling's Harry Potter books, called "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone." The first two-minute video introduces the audience to the new performers of the roles of the famous "golden trio". The role of Harry Potter was played by Dominic McLaughlin, Hermione Granger was played by Arabella Stanton, and Ron Weasley was played by Alastair Stout.
