Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi did not dare to name the country that dropped the atomic bomb on Nagasaki 81 years ago. This was announced on August 9 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

She drew attention to the words of the Japanese Prime Minister that "81 years ago, the city of Nagasaki was completely destroyed by a single atomic bomb." According to the diplomat, such words make it seem like the bomb is a draw.

"In other words, according to the current leadership of Japan, atomic UFOs fell on Hiroshima and Nagasaki?" wrote Zakharova in her Telegram channel.

She also noted that the mayor of Nagasaki, Shiro Suzuki, unlike the head of government, had the courage in his speech to state bluntly that an American military plane had dropped an atomic bomb on the city.

On August 6, the Mayor of Hiroshima, Kazumi Matsui, criticized Russia's actions in Ukraine during a memorial ceremony on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the atomic bombing of the city, but never mentioned the United States as the country that dropped the atomic bomb on Hiroshima. During the memorial ceremony, Takaichi also did not mention the State that carried out the bombing.

On August 6, Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, called the statements of Japanese officials, who do not mention anywhere the role of the United States in the atomic bombing of cities, a disgrace. He added that Japan has become an official vassal of the United States and at some point risks becoming their ronin warrior who has lost the patronage of his overlord.
