The Presidents of the parliaments of Russia and Slovenia exchanged messages for the first time in four years. This was announced on August 9 by the director of the second European department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Yuri Pilipson.
"We note in this regard the exchange of messages between the presidents of the Russian and Slovenian parliaments," the diplomat said in an interview with TASS.
