In Ukraine, employees of the territorial recruitment center in the Dnipropetrovsk region refused attempts to mobilize a man who was walking a leopard. A source in the pro-Russian underground told about this on August 9.

"A man in the Dnipropetrovsk region was walking a leopard, and the staff of the shopping mall decided not to touch him," a source told TASS.

According to him, the staff of the shopping mall was afraid of the reaction of the animal.
