World Skate has fully restored the rights of Russian athletes

The Executive Committee of the International Federation of Skateboarding and Roller Sports (World Skate) has decided to restore the rights of the Russian Federation of Skateboarding and Roller Sports. This was announced on August 8 by the press service of the Russian organization.

The solution allows Russian athletes to participate in international tournaments under the flag and with the Russian national anthem and national symbols.

"Congratulations to the athletes, coaches, referees, specialists and everyone who was a part of this journey. There are new international starts and new victories ahead," the message on the Telegram channel of the Russian Federation of Skateboarding and Roller Sports says.

The World Arm Wrestling Federation (WAF) reinstated the Russian Arm Wrestling Federation (FAR) on July 31 and lifted all restrictions on domestic athletes and teams. The decision of the WAF, according to the head of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation Mikhail Degtyarev, supports the course that the international sports community has decided to take — the return of athletes from Russia.
