Eight-year-old twins disappeared in Irkutsk

In Irkutsk, police officers are looking for eight-year-old twins. This was reported on August 7 in the press service of the main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Irkutsk region.

"Employees of the police department No. 6 of the Irkutsk Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are establishing the whereabouts of eight—year-olds Danila and Diana Lunkov," the VKontakte social network says.

According to the agency, the children's mother contacted the police. At noon, the brother and sister left the house on Ivan Galkin Street and have not returned to date. Police officers are currently carrying out a set of measures to locate the children.

The mother of the missing children, Valentina, told Izvestia that the children had written a note to their parents saying they were leaving home.

"If they reached the bus stop, stood at the stop, waited for the minibus, got in. That is, in a minibus, it already needs to be understood. There are only two minibuses here. One bus goes No. 27, the other bus No. 67. He goes <...> to the end. Either they're on this one or that one," the woman said.
