Justas Walker from the meme "The Merry Milkman" may be expelled from the Russian Federation

Farmer Justas Walker, known as the "Merry Milkman," may face the cancellation of his residence permit in Russia. He told about it in his blog.

According to Walker, he has been working on a farm and eco-camping lately. Suddenly, he received a call informing him about the impending deportation.

"This is just a shock for us, we are in a state of shock. Let's go on Monday, <...> we'll see what happened," Walker said, the recording was posted on his Telegram channel.

He clarified that the decision can be appealed. At the same time, if the information about the expulsion and cancellation of the residence permit is confirmed, the family, according to him, will have to leave the country within a few days.

Walker said that this year he has invested all his savings in the development of his own farm. In case of departure from Russia, the family, as the farmer noted, will need about 900 thousand rubles.

"We don't want to leave Russia in any way, we want to live here, continue to build, continue to invest," Walker said.

On July 30, the press service of the Security Council of the Russian Federation informed Izvestia that in the first half of 2026, the migration flow to Russia decreased by 8% compared to the same period in 2025. The council also noted the continued downward trend in the number of temporary residence permits issued (13 thousand, -19.5%) and residence permits (43.1 thousand, -39.6%).
