Five residents of the Belgorod region were injured as a result of attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces

In the Belgorod region, five people were injured after rocket fire and attacks by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on August 7 by the operational headquarters of the region.

"The Ukrainian Armed Forces have attacked our region. Five people were injured. The city of Valuiki has been subjected to rocket fire," the headquarters channel on the Maks platform says.

It is noted that a man and a woman were injured by shrapnel after the arrival of a projectile on the territory of a commercial facility. The equipment caught fire at the impact site. The ambulance crew took the injured to the hospital. In the village of Oktyabrsky, Belgorod district, an FPV drone attacked a car. The man, who received shrapnel wounds to the head, was taken to the Oktyabrskaya district hospital.

Another man received an akubar injury and abrasions during a drone attack in the Yakovlevsky district on Domnino farm. The resident refused to be hospitalized. An FPV drone also attacked a car in the village of Shebekino. As a result, the man was taken to a local hospital with shrapnel wounds.

The head of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin said that over the past day, six civilians were injured as a result of attacks by UAVs of the armed formations of Ukraine (VFU). Qualified medical care is provided to all the victims, Pushilin stressed.
