Two victims of a car hitting pedestrians in the center of Omsk are in serious condition in intensive care. This was announced on August 6 by the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Omsk region.

"As a result of an accident on Leningradsky Bridge, eight people were taken to the hospital. Two people are in serious condition and are in intensive care, six people in moderate condition have been hospitalized in specialized departments," TASS reports.

According to the regional prosecutor's office, the victims are in satisfactory condition. It is noted that everyone receives the necessary medical care.

On the same day, the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Omsk region reported that seven pedestrians in Omsk were injured as a result of a car hitting a crowd. According to preliminary data, the driver of a 1962 Lada Granta car lost control near the intersection of Maslennikov Street and Karl Marx Avenue. The video released by the agency shows how the vehicle moves along the middle of the roadway, after which it crashes into pedestrians waiting for a green light signal and into a pole.
