Weather forecasters predicted a deterioration of weather conditions in the next 24 hours in the Khabarovsk Territory. A new cyclone is approaching the region.

According to the Far Eastern UGMS, on August 7, showers with thunderstorms are expected in Vyazemsky, Bikinsky, Nanai, Khabarovsk districts and the Lazo district. The wind speed will reach 20 m/s. This is reported by IA AmurMedia.

Due to heavy precipitation, water in small and medium-sized rivers can rise by 1-1.5 m. Water is likely to reach the floodplain.

The main part of the city was affected by the previous flooding in Khabarovsk. 34 suburban areas have been flooded, and there are difficulties in accessing land due to flooding of channels and inland lakes.
