A girl was injured in a fall from an amusement ride in Tyumen

In Tyumen, a 19-year-old girl fell out of a chair while the ride was moving. This was reported on August 6 in the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Tyumen region.

"A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers")," the Maks messenger says.

It is specified that the incident occurred on August 5 in the Tyumen city Park. The girl was injured in a fall and was hospitalized, now she is under medical supervision. Investigators are currently investigating the causes of the incident.
