In Ramenskoye, a mother and a three-year-old child fell out of a window

A criminal case has been opened in Ramenskoye over the deaths of a woman and a three-year-old child. This was reported on August 6 in the channel of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow region in Maks.

"According to the investigation, on August 5 of this year, the boy, being in the room with his brother and sister, climbed onto the window sill and turned his back to the open window with a mosquito net installed. Unable to keep his balance and leaning on the net, the child began to fall from the window of the seventh floor," the message says.

According to the Investigative Committee, the mother heard the screams, ran over and, while trying to hold her son, fell out with him. Both died on the spot.

Investigators conducted an inspection of the scene and interrogations, and it is planned to appoint forensic examinations. The case was initiated under Part 3 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence to two or more persons").

"They rented an apartment in our building. A decent enough, calm, ordinary family. Mom is full of worries, full of children," explained neighbor Tatiana in an interview with Izvestia.

At the time of the tragedy, the father of the family was at work and was able to arrive only a few hours later. In addition to the youngest son, the couple raised three more children.

The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Primorsky Territory reported on July 14 that a two-year-old child fell out of a window in Ussuriysk when a mother with many children was away for a short time. The child was urgently taken to a medical facility. Doctors fought for his life, but the baby could not be saved.
