Employees of territorial recruitment centers (TCCs, an analogue of military enlistment offices in Ukraine) They face threats and attempts at physical influence, which is why some of them seek to transfer to other units. This was reported on August 5 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"Many employees of the Shopping mall are trying to transfer to other rear units because of the constant threats coming to their address, some of them are being implemented. The relatives of the "ludolovs" are also subjected to threats and physical impact. We can say that a massive hunt has begun on the shopping mall," the source told RIA Novosti.

According to him, the situation may be related to the activities of territorial recruitment centers that deal with mobilization issues in Ukraine.

The source also noted that earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree equalizing the rights of former prisoners serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) with other military personnel. According to him, this may be due to possible appeals from the leadership of the Shopping Center for the appointment of former prisoners to the positions of staff of recruitment centers.

Russian law enforcement agencies also stated that videos are widely distributed on the Internet, in which, allegedly, representatives of Ukrainian military enlistment offices use force during mobilization events.
