Germany called the minimum probability of delivery of interceptor missiles to Ukraine

Ukraine has practically lost the opportunity to receive new interceptor missiles for Patriot air defense systems. This was reported on August 4 by the German newspaper Berliner Zeitung (BZ).

According to journalists, Kiev has a limited supply of PAC-3 Patriot missiles, and the probability of new supplies has decreased to almost zero. The authors of the material note that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky discussed with US President Donald Trump the possibility of obtaining a license to produce such missiles, but this option was later rejected.

The publication also says that European countries cannot make up for the shortage of weapons due to limited stocks. It is noted that Ukraine found itself in a difficult situation amid increased missile attacks from Russia. According to the authors of the article, Kiev's attempts to close the country's airspace have not led to results.

On the same day, the Financial Times reported that Trump, during a meeting with Zelensky at the White House, denied Kiev the supply of hundreds of interceptor missiles to Patriot. The American leader stressed that Washington itself needs such missiles now to protect its facilities and allies in the Middle East.
