The Museum Capital project has been launched on the City of Ideas platform, in which Moscow residents can offer ideas for the development of cultural venues. It will last until August 12, said Deputy Mayor of Moscow Natalia Sergunina.

"The participants will share their ideas in several areas. One of them was dedicated to the annual "Night at the Museum" campaign: Muscovites are invited to tell which events they would like to include in it. Other topics relate to the quality of services, information about upcoming events and souvenirs," Sergunina said.

In addition, residents are invited to discuss the formats of excursions in the capital's museums, loyalty programs for regular visitors, the content of the Museum Moscow Online portal and other issues.

The received initiatives will first be reviewed by experts, after which users will vote for the most interesting proposals. The best of them are implemented in institutions subordinate to the Moscow Department of Culture.

Earlier, the project "The city discusses the standards of cultural leisure" was held on the platform. According to its results, 110 initiatives were selected, most of which have already been implemented.

The City of Ideas platform has been operating since 2014. It is being developed by the State Institution "New Management Technologies" and the Moscow Department of Information Technology.
