A woman was killed in a head-on traffic accident in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

In the Berezovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a Lada passenger was killed in a collision with an SUV. This is reported by the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.

The accident occurred on Monday afternoon, August 3, on the Berezovka–Magansk highway. It was previously established that the 20-year-old Lada Priora driver drove into oncoming traffic and crashed into a Mitsubishi Pajero driven by a 62-year-old man.

The impact threw the Lada into a ditch. Her 41-year-old passenger suffered injuries from which she died on the spot before paramedics arrived. The driver was hospitalized in a medical facility, writes KrasnoyarskMedia news agency.

As it turned out, the driver of the domestic passenger car does not have a driver's license. An inspection has been organized, and all the circumstances of the accident are being established.

On the evening of July 26, in Sochi, on the backup highway of Kurortny Prospekt, a Toyota Land Cruiser SUV crashed into a concrete tunnel entrance portal at high speed. The accident killed five people, including three children.
