A new residential area will appear in the center of Krasnodar

A new residential area will be built in the central part of Krasnodar. The project is being developed by the Neometria company.

According to its press service, a residential area will appear on Tikhoretskaya Street. More than 190 thousand square meters of housing and about 17 thousand square meters of commercial premises will be built on the territory of 28 hectares. Permission for the construction of the first apartment building within the boundaries of the integrated development project was received in July 2026.

"The project is based on the idea of creating a new urban center: a place where architecture, public spaces, services and infrastructure create an environment for a wide variety of life scenarios. We aimed to create not just a residential area, but a space that would develop together with its residents and become a new point of attraction for the city. Our project is based on two important components: iconic architecture and the integration of cultural life into the living environment. I am sure that they will become the driver of economic growth and cascading development of the surrounding territories," said Boris Yunanov, founder of Alias Group (Neometria is a key asset).

As part of the social infrastructure development, three polyclinics, two kindergartens for 620 pupils and a school for 1,550 students will be built. The area of educational facilities will be more than 47 thousand square meters. m. The developer has already received permission to build the first kindergarten and school. The project will also feature a sports hall with a swimming pool and more than 3.8 thousand parking spaces.

More than 15% of the territory is devoted to landscaping. Neometria will build a kilometer-long pedestrian alley and bike paths. The developer also intends to carry out work on the restoration of cultural heritage sites of the early 20th century and adapt them to modern use.

Currently, work is underway to prepare the site on the territory of the future residential quarter. It is planned to start construction of the first residential section in the third quarter of this year.
