These films could not compete seriously with the films that have been maintaining their leadership positions for several weeks.

— Now it is difficult for rental novelties to resist the holdovers — "Michael", "Serf 3" and "To the village of grandpa 2" take the bulk of the box office. "The Old Eagle" and "For Love", despite the bright castes, could not become more attractive to the viewer than the leaders. They passed without much fuss at the box office," Olga Zinyakova, general director of the KARO cinema chain, explained to Izvestia.

This trio resisted the acclaimed Homeric film adaptation. The first line is for the family comedy "To the village of Grandpa 2" with Yuri Stoyanov and Fyodor Dobronravov. Over the weekend, the film earned about 46 million rubles more. The total fees exceeded 300 million rubles.

— The new part of "To the village of grandpa" continues to collect cash. But there are fewer and fewer chances to get to the result of the previous part — this weekend's fees have decreased by 40% compared to the previous week," notes Olga Zinyakova.

The first part of the story, which was released last year, had total fees of 854 million rubles.

On the second line of the latest rating is a biographical musical drama about the life of Michael Jackson. She has another 38 million rubles in her account at the end of the weekend.
