Artist Pavel Eskov died at the age of 46.

The famous painter Pavel Eskov passed away at the age of 45. This was announced on August 1 in the press service of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists, in which the artist was a member.

"It is with deep regret that we inform you that Pavel Vasilyevich Eskov (1981-2026), a talented St. Petersburg painter and member of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists since 2009, passed away on July 30," the Telegram channel said.

The artist was born in Leningrad and graduated from the Repin Academy of Fine Arts. His recognizable handwriting is a combination of academic realism and reverent impressionism. A special place in Eskov's work was occupied by St. Petersburg in the sunshine, his works were appreciated by collectors from Russia, China, Great Britain and the USA.

It is noted that Eskov was a participant in more than 100 exhibitions, a laureate of prestigious competitions, and also engaged in teaching.

"Pavel Eskov will forever remain in our hearts as an artist who gave St. Petersburg eternal sunny spring on his canvases," the Union of Artists concluded.
