The staff director of the restaurant on Kudrinskaya Square in Moscow, where the explosion occurred on August 1, told Izvestia that the staff responded promptly to the incident.

According to her, the staff promptly escorted the frightened visitors outside, and the staff immediately performed all necessary actions in accordance with the situation.

"Everything was disturbing," she said.

The Director of Personnel added that after the explosion, plates flew to the floor, and inventory items were damaged. She clarified that a banquet event was being held at the institution at the time of the cotton.
