Cargo drone "Gorynych" with precise delivery arrived in its area
A new version of the Gorynych cargo drone, which is capable of delivering goods to hard-to-reach places with high accuracy, has begun to be used in the special operation zone. This was announced on July 31 by a representative of the Svarog Scientific and Production Center.
"The device was equipped with optical sensors that make it possible to deliver cargo with high accuracy when electronic warfare is very active in its area <...> Gorynych is able to deliver goods, as they say, directly into the hands," TASS reports representatives of the organization.
The message noted that Gorynych can also fly along a given route. The configuration uses inertial or optical navigation — based on an area map using artificial intelligence without GPS.
The drone is controlled by digital communication and is easy to pilot, like the Mavic, which allows it to be used by non-professional operators, the center noted. It is specified that the range of cargo delivery is over 12 km, and the payload is 10 kg.
On July 6, the Belgorod Region and the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) began using the new Ear acoustic system to detect various types of unmanned aerial vehicles. The complex allows detecting, among other things, Ukrainian long-range "Fierce" drones. According to the report, the "Ear" has compact dimensions and a light weight of about 700 g. It is equipped with a sensitive microphone and a multi-channel acoustic data processing unit.
