The Ministry of Defense assessed the consequences of the release of Verovka for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The establishment by the Russian Armed Forces (AF) of control over Verovka in the Kharkiv region caused significant difficulties in the supply system for units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on July 31 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"The establishment of control over the village of Verovka in the Volchansky district not only expands the security zone in the Kharkiv region, but also seriously hinders the supply of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the depth of their defense, which forces the nationalists to retreat further from the state border," the agency said.
