A man was killed in an elevator crash in Moscow.

In Moscow, an elevator broke down and collapsed on a man while working in a mine. This was announced on July 29 by a source of Izvestia.

"A broken elevator collapsed on a man in the east of Moscow," the source said.

It is specified that the incident occurred at the address of the Open highway, house 6. According to preliminary data, a person was killed. Rescuers are carrying out work to extract the body from the mine. Emergency services are working at the scene.

A source from Izvestia reported on July 11 that a worker died in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye district of Moscow due to a broken elevator at a construction site. It was noted that the incident occurred on Bolshaya Ochakovskaya Street. The elevator was at the level of the fourth or fifth floor and fell off.
