The Khoroshevsky District Court of Moscow has dismissed Dmitry Tsarenko, former CEO of OMG-Promo LLC, in a lawsuit against Oleg Gazmanov, People's Artist of the Russian Federation, for the recovery of 44 million rubles. This was announced to Izvestia on July 28 by the plaintiff's lawyer, Yevgeny Erlikhman.

According to him, the decision was made on July 27. The court completely refused to satisfy the stated claims. The meeting was held behind closed doors at the request of Gazmanov's representatives.

The defendant's side indicated that the case file contains information about the artist's fees and his bank accounts related to information about his private life. The court granted the petition.

Alexey Novozhilov, Tsarenko's lawyer, announced on June 12 that the former director of the artist was asking Gazmanov to recover the funds received by the singer into his personal account from 2019 to 2023. At the same time, the artist stated in court that he had not received any money for his concert activities.

On April 30, the Moscow court dismissed the claim of former director Gazmanov for the recovery of funds from the singer. It was noted that in 2024 Gazmanov stated that he suspected his director of stealing money from concerts, after the proceedings Tsarenko received four years in prison for 13 cases of fraud totaling more than 10 million rubles.

On May 27, a witness in the case of ex-director Gazmanov spoke about inconsistencies in fees. According to Olga Javakhadze, who is referred to in the media as a star financial consultant, Gazmanov himself contacted them in an organization that maintains accounting records for artists and conducts financial analysis.

On June 7, the former producer of the People's Artist was charged with illegally transferring musical works and images of the artist to third parties without his knowledge.
