The preliminary results of the summer holiday season were summed up at a meeting of the operational headquarters. The situation with the tourist flow, safety on beaches and the fight against illegal services were discussed, KrasnodarMedia news agency writes with reference to the press service of the city administration.

According to the deputy head of the city, Sergey Samko, at the end of the second summer month, we can say that the season is going steadily. Measures have been taken to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for tourists.

Rospotrebnadzor specialists took about 4.7 thousand samples of seawater off the coast of Sochi. All indicators turned out to be normal. Beaches are monitored daily.

In addition, 23 inspections of jeeping excursions took place in two weeks. 33 cars were placed in an impound lot due to unreadable license plates, 31 cars for illegal transportation.

It was also possible to stop nine facts of illegal sale of alcohol, to seize more than 2 thousand liters of alcohol. Five establishments were checked for the use of hookahs.

Five mobile groups monitor compliance with the fire safety regime. 19 protocols have been drawn up for the incineration of garbage and vegetation. Nine protocols were drawn up for bathing in prohibited places.
