In Nizhny Tagil, a 13-year-old schoolgirl fell into the water after the collapse of a quarry and got stuck under the rubble of sand. This was announced on July 27 by a source of Izvestia.

The incident occurred on the territory of the Severo-Lebyazhinsky limestone quarry.

"A group of teenagers noticed a crack on the ground and started kicking it. At that time, the girl came to the edge of the shore, which had already begun to fall apart," the source explained.

The schoolgirl fell down from a height of ten meters, after which she was covered with sand. According to media reports, rescuers have been trying to get the girl for the third day — her search has still not been successful.
