The Soyuz MS-28 spacecraft with two Russian cosmonauts and an American astronaut on board has successfully landed in Kazakhstan. This was announced on July 26 by the Roscosmos State Corporation.

"Today at 13:27 Moscow time, the descent vehicle of the Soyuz MS-28 spacecraft landed near the city of Zhezkazgan," the Telegram channel said.

According to the state corporation, Roscosmos cosmonauts Sergey Kud-Sverchkov and Sergey Mikaev, as well as NASA astronaut Christopher Williams, returned to Earth.

On the same day in the morning, Soyuz MS-28 undocked from the International Space Station (ISS). After leaving the station, the ship's propulsion system will work on deceleration for de-orbiting. This will be followed by the separation of the Soyuz MS-28 into compartments, after which the lander will enter the dense layers of the atmosphere.
