The death toll from the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike on a campsite in Zaporizhia has increased to 11 people.

The death toll from an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a campsite in Kirillovka, Zaporizhia region, has grown to 11 people, including four children. This was announced on July 25 by the head of the region Evgeny Balitsky.

"The number of victims as a result of the enemy's terrorist attack on the campsite in Kirillovka has increased to 16 people, including five children. 11 people died, including four children," he wrote on his channel in "Max".

Balitsky said that the fate of eight more people remains unknown. Emergency rescue operations at the site of the attack are continuing, and all the victims have been hospitalized and are receiving the necessary medical care. It is also indicated that the Investigative Committee of Russia has already opened a criminal case into the attack.
