Patrushev praised the work on rural development in the Bryansk region

On July 24, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Patrushev visited the Bryansk region on a working trip. The focus was on the issues of integrated rural development (CRST).

In the village of Zhurinichi, the deputy chairman of the government, together with the acting governor of the Bryansk region, Egor Kovalchuk, inspected a new sports and recreation complex. A 1.2 km long roller ski track, a gym, and outdoor playgrounds with fitness equipment for various sports have been built here. A swimming pool with an area of 1,9 thousand square meters with three lanes of 25 meters is under construction. There are plans to open a swimming department with the involvement of trainers and teachers. In addition, it is planned to enroll in the AFP group with swimming elements for the adult population.

Patrushev and Kovalchuk evaluated the results of the landscaping of the residential complex for employees of the greenhouse complex. Work on the construction of housing and infrastructure was carried out within the framework of the federal project "Development of housing construction in rural areas and improvement of the level of home improvement" of the KRST state program. 66 residential buildings have been built here, each with an area of 72 square meters. m. 30 houses have already been inhabited. The total area of the built—up area is 24.9 hectares. A water supply system for a residential neighborhood has been built. The length of the water supply network is 5.3 km. A water tower has been installed, and 3 km of inner-city roads have been built. All houses are finished and equipped with household appliances.

In addition, the Deputy Prime Minister and the acting head of the Bryansk region visited the Zhurinichi greenhouse complex. Cucumbers and tomatoes are grown here all year round using the method of low-volume hydroponics on a substrate using drip irrigation systems, blackout, carbon dioxide fertilization, artificial illumination and climate control. In the first six months of this year, the company produced over 3 thousand tons of cucumbers and more than 6 thousand tons of tomatoes.

In the village of Zhurinichi, a branch of the Malopolpinskaya secondary school was built as part of the federal project "Modern appearance of rural areas" of the KRST state program. Patrushev and Kovalchuk toured modern classrooms equipped with interactive whiteboards and projectors. There is high-speed Internet access, as well as equipment for laboratory work and practical classes. The school Museum is included in the All-Russian Register of Museums of educational organizations.

As part of his working trip, Patrushev took part in a solemn ceremony of laying flowers at the stele "Village of Partisan Glory", located in the memorial complex of the village of Zhurinichi. The complex was built in memory of the partisans of the Bryansk regional detachment who died in 1941-1943 in the fight against the Nazi invaders.

The activities of the state program "Integrated Rural Development" covered more than 33 thousand people. Housing is being built for rural residents, social facilities, highways and communal infrastructure are being upgraded. Work is underway to improve the transport accessibility of rural settlements, and public spaces are being improved.

On May 25, Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut announced that investors would invest 5.5 billion rubles in the development of rural agglomerations in Russia. According to her, over the next three years it is planned to implement 73 long-term development plans in the regions, they will cover 6 thousand settlements and 1.7 million inhabitants.
